You will receive a bracelet similar but not exact as the one shown as each fine silver heart is individually metal worked in Sandra's studio in Edmonton and there are variations with each amazonite stone.
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and made to order.
All personalized jewelry and other jewelry pieces can take approximately 5-7 days (based on 1 to 3 pieces of jewelry), but if in stock can be completed within 1-3 days of ordering. Larger orders (4 or more pieces) may take up to 2-3 weeks to create. Please indicate if this is a rush order and we will get your order done as quickly as possible.
Your jewelry will be packaged in a beautiful cardboard matte black clamshell style jewelry box and/or a micro fibre jewelry pouch with the Orange Avocado Jewelry logo embossed on both with a zip loc baggie to reduce tarnishing. In efforts to reduce our impact on the environment you do have the option of choosing your preference for the number of boxes and jewelry pouches (0 or more). It is recommended that you receive your order in at least the pouch to protect it from the shipping process.
We use UPS and Canada Post for shipments within Canada and Europe. A tracking number that will be emailed to you at the time of shipping. Shipping times vary with each shipping rate that you choose. Free shipping is provided for orders $250 (CAD) or more and we will choose the least expensive shipping method. If you require expedited shipping you will have to purchase that shipping option. Please note the additional time required to complete custom and personalized jewelry. Thank you for your understanding.
UPS and Canada Post take approximately 2-8 business days for shipping to locations in western Canada depending on your selection and up to 2-5 business days to locations in Eastern Canada depending on your selection. My production times for jewelry has not been affected.
We are currently not shipping to the USA due to the requirement of tariffs imposed by the USA that must be prepaid by the customer prior to shipping to them. We therefore have decided to discontinue shipments to the USA for the time being. If tariffs nolonger require prepayment will restart our shipments to the USA with these guidelines: Shipping to the U.S. are for the “lower 48 states" and with expedited shipping taking up to 2-4 business days and up to 8-10 days for standard shipping with Canada post and UPS. DHL is approximately 2 days. Please contact me for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. I use DHL, Canada post and UPS to the USA and internationally.
Edmonton customers can choose to pick up their order at no charge from my southside Edmonton location. The address will be provided when your order is complete.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. We do not provide refunds. Custom, personalized, Spark Forever Permanent jewelry and sale pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded. Custom, personalized and Spark Forever Permanent Jewelry is a FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for an exchange (excluding custom or personalized jewelry), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must pay for shipping costs to me and back to you.
To complete your exchange please contact me at sandra.s.paetsch@gmail.com and we can arrange an exchange of a piece of jewelry of the same or more cost of the original piece of jewelry.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Rates will vary with shipping times and distances.
Bracelets
Measure your wrist where your bracelet would ordinarily sit, and add length depending on how you like your bracelet to fit:
+ 0.75” for a closer fit - still comfortable, with less movement along the wrist
+ 1” for a slightly roomier fit - more drape, without feeling loose or oversized
For example, a wrist measurement of 6.5” would best fit a finished bracelet size of…
- 7.25” for a closer fit (7.25” is typically a size Medium/Large in most of our bracelet styles)
- 7.5” for a roomier fit (7.5” is typically a Large in most of our bracelet styles)
Necklaces
Necklace length is highly personal and can vary based on individual preference, proportions, and how you like your pieces to sit or layer.
Our most popular length is 18”, which sits comfortably just below the collarbone for many.

Rings
For the most accurate fit, we recommend having your finger measured with a professional ring sizer. We also offer ring sizing in our studio.

How to care for your Orange Avocado Jewelry
A little care goes a long way in keeping your pieces looking their best. Sterling silver, fine silver, and bronze can naturally tarnish over time, especially when exposed to air, moisture, and everyday products.
With proper storage, maintenance, and regular wear, your jewelry will continue to shine for years to come.
Avoid Open Air Storage
Store your jewelry in a sealed plastic bag or airtight container when not in use. We provide a small plastic bag for each piece purchased. Limiting exposure to air and humidity helps slow tarnishing, especially for sterling silver, fine silver, and bronze pieces.
Wear Often
Jewelry is meant to be worn. Regular wear can help maintain shine, as your skin’s natural oils may reduce surface dullness and keep pieces looking polished.
Clean Gently When Needed
Use a soft polishing cloth to remove buildup and restore shine. Avoid abrasive cleaners or rough materials, as they can damage the finish of your jewelry.

Remove Before Water & Products
Take off your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. It’s also best to remove pieces before applying perfume, lotion, sunscreen, makeup, or hair products, as these can affect the finish over time - even on gold pieces.
Know Your Metals
Our 14K gold-filled and solid gold pieces are designed for lasting wear and are highly resistant to tarnishing (they do not need to be stored air-tight, however water and products can still affect their shine). Sterling silver, fine silver, and bronze require a bit more care (air-tight storage, and cleaning after exposure to water or products is recommended), but with proper handling, they will maintain their shine over time.

Can I shower in my jewelry?
