Our jewelry is made in small batches, not mass produced. Each piece is hand formed, forged, assembled and finished by our team in our home studio in Edmonton.

Established in 2004, Orange Avocado has been part of the Edmonton community for more than 20 years. We’ve had customers return to us year after year to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and other important moments in their lives, or just to add to their personal collection of pieces.

Giving back to the community that has supported us has always been important to Orange Avocado. Over the years, we’ve created more than 10 limited-edition necklaces and bracelets in support of organizations including Sorrentino’s Compassion House, Wings of Providence and the Festival of Trees.

Because so much of our work is made by hand, no two pieces are necessarily exactly alike. Small variations in shape and texture are part of what makes each piece unique. We also create personalized jewelry made specifically for the person who will wear it.

10. Still small, still hands-on
What began with Sandra has grown into a small team, with Erin and Maddi representing the next generation of Orange Avocado. As our collections, techniques and business have grown, we’ve intentionally maintained the hands-on nature of the company.
