Instant silver liquid cleaner for gold, sterling silver or fine silver only. Do not use on your bronze or brass pieces of jewelry. Dip your jewelry for up to one minute in this excellent cleaner that will not discolour your jewelry. Wash the jewelry after dipping with soap and water immediately to remove all of the chemical. Not recommended for use on semi-precious stones or pearls. Recommended for pendants and chain.

Jewelry storage tip:
It is recommended that your Orange Avocado Jewelry be stored in a plastic baggie provided with your jewelry purchase or in an airtight jewelry box to reduce tarnishing when not worn. Take off your jewelry to shower, or while putting on makeup or perfume. Do not store your jewelry out in the open exposed to the air as this increases tarnishing. Wearing and touching your jewelry coats your jewelry with your natural oils which also helps reduce tarnishing. Following these steps will preserve your Orange Avocado Jewelry for years to come.
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and made to order.
All personalized jewelry and my other jewelry pieces can take approximately 5-7 days to be made, but if in stock can be completed within 1-2 days of ordering. Please indicate if this is a rush order and I will get your order done as quickly as possible.
Your jewelry will be packaged in a beautiful black clamshell style jewelry box and/or a micro fibre jewelry pouch with the Orange Avocado Jewelry logo embossed on both with a zip loc baggie to reduce tarnishing. In efforts to reduce our impact on the environment you do have the option of choosing your preference for the number of boxes and jewelry pouches (0 or more). It is recommended that you receive your order in at least the pouch to protect it from the shipping process.
If you choose the shipping option I use Canada Post Expedited shipping which provides a tracking number that will be emailed to you at the time of shipping. Please note the times for custom and personalized jewelry. Thank you for your understanding.
Canada post takes approximately 1-3 business days for shipping to locations in western Canada and up to 4-5 business days to locations in Eastern Canada. Shipping times are beyond my control in extenuating circumstances with Canada Post. My production times for jewelry has not been affected.
Shipping prices to the U.S. are for the “lower 48 states" and with expedited shipping taking up to 7-10 business days. Please contact me for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. I use Canada Post for shipping to the USA and internationally.
Edmonton customers can choose to pick up their order at no charge from my southside Edmonton location. The address will be provided when your order is complete.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Sorry, but I do not accept refunds. Custom, personalized, Spark Forever Permanent jewelry and sale pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded..
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must pay for shipping costs to me and back to you.
To complete your exchange please contact me at sandra.s.paetsch@gmail.com and we can arrange an exchange of a piece of jewelry of the same or more cost of the original piece of jewelry.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. I use Canada post if shipped within Canada and DHL if shipped outside of Canada. Rates will vary with shipping times and distances.
